One of Port Harcourt based Fast-rising Comedian and the first Keyboard Comedian in Africa, Friday Divine, popularly known as KDC made a striking post about Port Harcourt Bloggers on his Facebook page today, December 22.
He posted thus:
“They don’t even know or understand what their job is all about. As a blogger you’re meant to give information, help a brand grow, show support and entertain because most of you don’t have content and you obviously can’t create any content, you need US to be relevant.
You can’t even learn from the likes of Tundeednut, Linda Ikeji, YabaLeft and other Lagos blogs to know what blogging is. When tundeednut page was blocked it took him less than a week to get 1 million followers, Gossipmill lost their account and it now 700k+ followers in 2 months, Gistlover blog was blocked and in less than a day when they came up and running it had 200k followers, people where legitimately happy that they are running again. But I can assure you if any PH blog loose their page it’ll take them almost forever to bounce back.
They don’t even know their job, no entertainment at all, they can’t even help or show love to entertainers and it’s a big shame. All they know how to do is cause fight and controversial post. You barely get information from them because they can’t even get their facts on time, before you’ll see them post about something it’s already every where, but when it’s controversial between two entertainers they’ll be the first.”
They don’t even post about new song updates about entertainers in the city and how they achieved somethings or new skits about skit makers, they can’t even help and Nuture talents, all they do is post governor and girls.
He continued, “few weeks ago, Kashmoney TheForce did an amazing concert and my God it was sold out but no Port Harcourt blog carried it, just wait till he fucks up you’ll see it everywhere, many port Harcourt comedians sold out AZTECH ARCUM, no blog carried it, many Port Harcourt skit makers are making moves and wavez, no single blog is carrying it.
Just last week olamide recorded a verse in zazu song, All the Lagos blog posted it, including instablog9ja, port Harcourt blog will never post you unless it’s a controversial post. I feel ashamed when I go through Port Harcourt bloggers page, it’s controversy throughout, highest you’ll see is memes gotten from Twitter, if you think I’m lying go and check it out now.
Port Harcourt bloggers you people are very poor in what you do” he concluded.
