Allison Voice tagged WINNER of the AMVCA Digital Content Creators’ Competition
Nigerian Port Harcourt based digital creator and entertainer, Allison Precious Emmanuel a.k.a Allison Voice, emerged WINNER (Most Creative African Video) at the AMVCA Digital Content Creators’ Competition hosted by Multichoice in accordance with the AMVCA 8th edition awards.
Recall, few weeks to the AMVCA 8th edition awards, Multichoice announced the AMVCA Digital Content Creators’ Competition to empower growing Digital Creators, which they asked participants to send in their videos on or before May 6.
According to Allison, when he heard of the competition he decided to get on it even though he knows it will be a tough one;
“I wrote ‘La Dama de la Mafia (The Lady of the Mafia), and I and George Jumbo (my Team Partner) decided to make the film for the competition. We shot it from around 1pm in the afternoon till almost 4am the next day because it had a number of night scenes.
On the 10th of May, 2022… I got a call from Multichoice that our content emerged as the MOST CREATIVE VIDEO at the AMVCA DIGITAL CONTENT CREATORS COMPETITION. Getting to Lagos, 3 winners of the competition were announced; a man from Kenya, Myself and a Nigerian girl, also received a Masterclass from the New York Film Academy”.
Allison appreciates his Team (A.V. Creations) for always been there when he calls.
“This time it is an AMVCA Competition, next time, it will be the grand award!”, Allison concluded.
