Ibim Isaacs is an actor, screenwriter and film producer in the city of Port Harcourt who hails from Bonny Town, Rivers State, Nigeria and was born September 13.
Ibim Isaacs is also known as The Legendary Man and he has been outstanding and effective in the filming industry.
